I/OMagic Authorized Dealer and Warranty Statement

I/OMagic is firmly committed to providing our customers with best in class, reliable products directly from I/OMagic or through Authorized Dealers. Our policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from I/OMagic or an Authorized dealer. If you purchase an I/OMagic product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your I/OMagic warranty will not be valid.

There are many websites and dealers who claim to be an authorized I/OMagic reseller but they are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a warranty from I/OMagic. Purchasing I/OMagic products from such entities could be risky as the products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. Please protect yourself and your I/OMagic product by ensuring that you purchase I/OMagic products from I/OMagic or an Authorized I/OMagic Dealer.

I/OMagic products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect during the warranty period, we will replace the defective product when it is returned by the Purchaser. This Limited Warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with, improperly serviced, has the security seal removed, has been misused through negligence or accidental damage. This Limited Warranty is for replacement of the defective product only and shall not cover any other damages. Any product returned to I/OMagic that is not defective in materials or workmanship will be returned to the Purchaser at the Purchaser’s expense. With respect to use of the product, in no event shall I/OMagic be liable for any loss of profit or any other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental consequential and other damages or costs incurred.

 This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage that occurs during unpacking, set-up, installation, removal of the product for repair, or re-installation of the product after repair.


  • The original purchase receipt from I/OMagic or an Authorized Dealer must be provided as proof or purchase before warranty service will be rendered.
  • In order to obtain warranty service, the product must be delivered with an I/OMagic Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any product returned without an RMA # will be refused.
  • A detailed description of the problem and a copy of the original receipt must be included in the package with the product.
  • Freight must be pre-paid to I/OMagic’s RMA center, in proper packaging to avoid damage.

I/OMagic is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected packages.

The replacement product will be returned to owner, freight pre-paid via UPS Ground only, within 30 days of receipt. Any other method of shipping will be at Purchaser’s expense.

Any customs or tariff costs, etc., to or from customers outside of the United States is solely their responsibility.
